• Body is in good condition paint code RR (see photos) 
• Suspension, steering, just to move it around

This is an excellent starting point for someone looking to build a track car or complete an engine swap. The chassis is being sold as-is with no warranties expressed or implied.

Payment Terms

• A $300 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of purchase. Deposits may be paid by PayPal or with credit card.
• The remaining balance is due within 7 days of purchase.
• If the balance is not received within 7 days, the deposit will be forfeited, and the item may be relisted.

The remaining balance may be paid by:

• Cash (in person)
• Certified bank check
• Bank wire transfer

We also accept personal and business checks; however, items will not ship until the funds have fully cleared.

Warranty & Returns

Most parts sold through eBay Motors include a 120-day warranty.

Drivetrain components (including engines, transmissions, rear axles, and similar assemblies) are covered by a 3-month/3,000-mile warranty, unless otherwise stated. Warranty coverage begins on the date the buyer takes possession of the item.

Warranty coverage is limited to replacement of the defective part with a functionally equivalent part or, at our discretion, a refund of the original purchase price.

Please Note:

• Labor costs are not covered unless a labor warranty is purchased at checkout.
• Reprogramming, diagnostics, towing, fluids, and related expenses are not covered.
• Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns for reasons other than product failure must be requested within 14 days of delivery. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required before any return will be accepted.

Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.

There are no refunds on:

• Engines
• Engine kits
• Transmissions
• Transmission kits
• Special-order parts
• Custom-cut items

Buyer's remorse or changed-mind returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Freight Damage Policy

Inspect all freight shipments before signing for delivery.

If the shipment arrives with visible damage:

• Do not sign for it as received in good condition.
• Note all damage on the delivery receipt or refuse the shipment if appropriate.
• Contact us immediately.

If a shipment is refused due to freight damage, we will work with the carrier and arrange a replacement when applicable.

Failure to inspect and properly note shipping damage at delivery may affect the ability to file a freight claim.
