PAYMENT TERMS

A $300 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of purchase. The deposit may be paid by PayPal or with credit card.

The $300 deposit constitutes the buyer’s commitment to purchase the item and complete the transaction.

The remaining balance is due within 7 days of purchase. If the balance is not paid within 7 days, the deposit will be forfeited, and the item may be relisted for sale.

The remaining balance must be paid by certified funds, including:

• Cash in person
• Certified bank check
• Bank-to-bank wire transfer

Personal and business checks are also accepted; however, the item will not be shipped or released until the check has completely cleared our bank.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Please carefully review all photos, measurements, descriptions, and fitment information before purchasing.

Returns due to buyer’s change of mind, incorrect fitment, or buyer’s remorse may be subject to a restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on the seller’s part.

The buyer must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to request a return and obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

No return will be accepted without an RMA number.

If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately so we can assist with the appropriate claim or replacement process.

If freight is refused because of documented shipping damage, we will work with the buyer to arrange a replacement when available.

Any dispute arising from this transaction shall be resolved in the Superior Court of Toombs County, Georgia, and the parties specifically agree that the Superior Court of Toombs County, Georgia, shall be the venue for resolution of any disputes or claims relating to this transaction or the enforcement or interpretation of the terms of this purchase and sale, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
